Our vision took shape during a therapy session with troubled youth. When one participant pointed out the word "UGLY" on a vision board, it struck us: the power of embracing oneself fully, imperfections and all. Ugly Essentials was born to celebrate the essentials of the mind, body, and spirit—to redefine beauty as inner transformation and acceptance, inclusive of every individual, regardless of color, gender, or background.
