Ugly Essentials Customer Service & Policies

At Ugly Essentials, we value your trust and strive to ensure that your experience with us is as rewarding and hassle-free as possible. Our policies are crafted with your convenience and satisfaction in mind.

Contact and Response Time

  • Emails and Calls: We respond to all emails within 48 hours of receipt. Similarly, all calls received during business hours are promptly answered or returned.

  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday: 9 am - 9 pm

  • Saturday: 10 am - 6 pm

  • Sunday: Closed


Processing and Shipping

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed in one business day and shipped the following day. Exceptions apply to Sundays and Federal Holidays, where orders will be shipped on the next business day.

  • Out-of-stock items: If an item requires additional processing time due to stock availability, we will notify you directly after placing your order.

  • Shipping Method: All packages are shipped via UPS.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: While Ugly Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we commit to filing a claim on your behalf if notified within 48 hours of expected delivery. Successful claims with UPS may result in reimbursement of up to $500, subject to UPS's investigation outcome.

  • Additional Insurance: For orders over $500, optional full-value insurance is available at an extra cost. After completing your order for this service, contact us at info@uglyessentials.com.


Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your shipment is confirmed, you will receive tracking information. You can track your shipment through UPS at UPS Tracking.

  • Shipment Delays: For delays after receiving your tracking information, don't hesitate to get in touch with UPS Customer Service at 1-888-742-5877.


Pick-Up Orders

  • Local Pick-Up: This service is available for local clients after standard processing. If items are in stock, pick-up might be possible on the same or following business day. Please call to confirm availability.


Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are possible for incorrectly sent items or for a different item you requested, provided the original package is returned unopened. Please get in touch with us directly for any exchange queries.


Subscriptions

  • Monthly Shipments: Boxes are shipped around the 3-5th of each month.

  • Subscription Timing: Subscribing between the 15th and the end of the month will set the next month's box as your first.

  • Customer Appreciation: Monthly subscribers receive surprise tokens, including special occasions like birthdays.


Collecting Personal Information

  • Device and Order Information: We collect information about your device and order to optimize your shopping experience and for transactional purposes.

  • Customer Support: Information collected for customer support is used to assist you efficiently.

  • Minors: Our site is intended for users over 18. If a minor has provided us with Personal Information, guardians can contact us to have it removed.
